We have the AMAZEBALLS Hitachino Nest beers (from Kiuchi Brewery, Ibaraki, Japan) – the White Ale, Red Rice Ale, Espresso Stout and Japanese Classic Ale (which is a bit cray; it’s a Japanese-style IPA aged in cedar barrels). Also from the Land of the Rising Sun is the Yoho ‘Aooni’ IPA (the can in the middle). This mofo is delicious. Perfect hops-to-malt ratio, aggressive hop profile up front but round and smooth on the finish. Love it.
